A Scientific Games subsidiary based in the UK, Games Media is a leading developer of pay-to-play with prize payout games.  Established in 2003, the company specializes in the creation of amusement with prize (AWP) and skill with prize (SWP) game content.  Game machines are sold to operators who lease them to the UK pub market.

Games Media is predominantly focused on the UK market, where it publishes content on over 80% of the SWP terminals in Pub Retail establishments.  The company offers a range of digital terminals incorporating cutting-edge design, high specification PC technology and touch screen displays.  

Recent product introductions include JUICE™, a multi-game digital terminal, Indego™, the new digital entertainment terminal launched in the UK in 2007, and continuously updated new game content for IND:E, Games Media’s entertainment platform.

Together with The Global Draw, Games Media has developed a turnkey digital solution for the Pub Retail market, incorporating networked digital AWP & SWP machines, and digital music systems linked to a customized communications infrastructure that provides data transfer, active content management and distribution, remote maintenance venue management, product promotion and customer training. 

Through 2007 the company’s analog-to-digital machine conversion solution had been adopted by five UK pub operators, including the largest independent operator.  The five pub groups represent 14,000 pubs, about 25% of the total UK pub market.
